* Make yearly schedule in Sept.
* Attend all monthly club meetings and weekly executive officer meetings
* Help other officers and advisor with activities when necessary.
* Submit a monthly report of activities accomplished during the month.

PRESIDENT
* Run Meetings and announce upcoming meetings
* Club Week Chairperson
* Hockey Game Sales Chairperson
* Competitions--State Leadership Conference Chairperson
* Great Adventure Chairperson
* Merit Chairperson

VICE PRESIDENT
* Breakfast with Business Chairperson
* Elections Chairperson
* Competitions--Regional Leadership Conference Chairperson
* After-School Pizza Sales Chairperson
* Parliamentary Procedures Team Captain

SECRETARY
* Types all correspondence
* Types minutes and distributes it within one week. (PR helps)
* Competitions--Fall Leadership Conference Chairperson
* March of Dimes Chairperson

TREASURER
* Makes all deposits and withdrawals of money
* Lollipop Chairperson Membership Chairperson
* Competitions--National Leadership Conference Chairperson
* Scholarship Chairperson
* Individual Account Chairperson

HISTORIAN
* Takes pictures
* Assembles scrapbook (Five pages per marking period)
* Poinsettia Sales Chairperson
* End of Year Party Chairperson

PUBLIC RELATIONS SECRETARY
* Types database (Member, Grade, Homeroom, HR Teacher)
* Distributes minutes with secretary
* Types bulletin and/or announcement for mtg. or special occasions
* Types flyers and hang in hallways and stairways
* Distributes FBLA Magazine whenever necessary

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL RESULT IN A WARNING. THE SECOND WARNING WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM OFFICE.
